100 Participants Attend Technical Guidance on Improving the Quality of Sustainable Tourism Services

As many as 100 participants participated the Improving the Quality of Sustainable Tourism Services Technical Guidance held by North Jakarta Tourism and Creative Economy Sub-agency at Harris Hotel, Kelapa Gading, Sub-district.

North Jakarta Secretary's Economy and Development Assistant, Wawan Budi Rohman said this technical guidance is important for tourism business in improving excellent service.

"Hopefully this technical guidance will improve the tourism quality in North Jakarta," he said, Thursday (9/12).

Wawan added that improving quality and professionalism is needed with the development of tourism industry in North Jakarta.

The success of human resource development determines the tourism development success. It means human resources development in tourism and creative economy is important and must be carried out together.

Meanwhile, North Jakarta Tourism and Creative Economy Sub-agency Head, Shinta Nindyawati, explained this one-day technical guidance is aimed to develop the human resources of tourism business in North Jakarta. Then they will be able to compete in terms of product quality, service and hospitality with other cities.

"Today's technical guidance is participated by 100 people from hotel and restaurant sectors," she said.
